一 |     中国小康网4月26日讯     近日，中国红色文化研究会党史教育工作委员会在浙江永康就设立“永康党史工作教育实践基地”举行研讨会，中纪委、中组部、中宣部、国家发改委、中央党校、中国红色党史教育委员会，金华市人大、永康东风村书记、永康党史教育实践基地（筹）等相关领导参加，由中国红色文化研究会党史教育工作委员会常务副主任马康华主持会议。    Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday called for efforts to learn from the far-sightedness and strategic thinking of late leader Jiang Zemin.    Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at a grand gathering held in Beijing to commemorate the birth centenary of Jiang.    Jiang advanced the cause of the Party and the state with a slew of major decisions and measures with an international perspective and a vision for the future, Xi said.    Jiang made arrangements with foresight for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, Xi said.    The late leader also put forth a series of thoughts on foreign affairs and international strategies to advance the development of a multipolar world and economic globalization in the right direction, Xi added.    On the new journey, it is essential to fully and faithfully apply the new development philosophy on all fronts, accelerate efforts to create a new development pattern, and make solid headway in promoting high-quality development, Xi said, calling for further efforts to build a community with a shared future for humanity and add more positive energy to the world's peace and development.                    。　　此次会议旨在落实贯彻中共中央有关精神，遵照执行中共中央印发《党史学习教育工作条例》，推动党史学习教育常态化长效化,开展党史学习教育，在全国选择优秀城市建立党史教育实践基地，力推党史研究成效落地，推广普及红色党史，为全党及全社会普及党史学习教育。

二 | 　　研讨会上，著名红色传记作家、中国红色文化研究会党史教育工作委员会常务主任梁金安引用抗战历史抛砖引玉，梳理永康的党史资源和当地的优秀传统文化；中共中央宣传部老干部书记，原中宣部办公厅主任、党建杂志总编薛启亮，中央纪委审理室副局级纪律检查员、监察专员刁连喜，国家发展改革委宏观经济杂志社编委、新发展研究院副院长、民营经济发展合作中心筹备人戴效能，中国红色文化研究会党史教育工作委员会常务副主任马康华，金华市原人大秘书长李绍成，永康党史教育实践基地（筹）任志斌，永康东风村书记胡进品等围绕永康当地的经济、文化和社会建设等问题，进行了深入交流。　　中央党校特聘教授、清华大学智库、中宣部马克思主义理论研究和建设工程首席专家谢茂松表示，开展党史学习教育是新时期加强党的建设的一项重要任务，党性教育已经成为党内和许多地方基层学习的主流方向，加强党性教育，教育基地建设至关重要，学习历史是为了更好的未来。　　红色文化教育基地建设在我国社会主义主义文化建设中占据着重要位置，党史工作教育实践基地作为我国重要的传承红色文化资源，在存史、资政、育人、励志等方面有着重要教育意义。　　中国红色文化研究会党史教育工作委员会是一个致力于研究、传承和弘扬中国红色文化的教育组织。其宗旨是挖掘和发扬中国革命的历史文化遗产，为爱国主义、革命精神和英雄主义精神的传承与发展做出贡献。
