B | “经过前期走访调研，我们筛选出需要帮扶的首批80户独居老人，免费为他们安装了智能监控，覆盖4个乡镇22个村。
C | 王东来是首批安装智能监控的老人之一。”衡水红色朝阳爱心互助协会负责人彭志国说，他们还安排了志愿者进行一对一看护，确保老人出现问题能及时施救。这套智能监控设备就像一名24小时在岗的专属看护员，可实时监测老人长时间未出屋、居家静止、意外跌倒等异常状态，还能隔空对话。一旦捕捉到老人有险情，预警信息会直接推送到志愿者手机上。“我无儿无女，岁数大了，就怕摔倒磕碰没人知道。
D | 现在有这个‘看护员’守着，心里踏实多了。”王东来说。这种踏实感，王少山也深有感触。以往每逢雨雪天气，他总惦记着到村里的独居老人家转转，但难免有顾及不到的地方。“现在，智能监控全天候在岗，实时盯守老人居家状态，有啥事大家很快就能知道。”王少山说。
