马克龙阐述道：“乌克兰的战事直接关联到我们的未来及安全。”他重申，如果“俄罗斯的举措过度”，欧盟成员国同样“需做好行动的准备”。他表达希望：“因此，是的，我全力以赴地希望我们无需经历战争。”他坚持法国作为“和平之国”的立场。    (ECNS) -- Henan Province has introduced measures to encourage employees to take paid annual leave, aiming to make paid leave easier to take while boosting tourism and consumption.    A notice jointly issued by six provincial departments requires government officials in leadership positions to set an example in using their leave and calls for employees to take their full annual leave entitlement.    Employers unable to arrange leave due to work needs must pay compensation equal to 300% of daily wages for unused days.     The policy applies to all employees with more than 12 months of continuous service, giving priority to those with special needs, including pregnant or breastfeeding women, caregivers of elderly relatives, parents of minors and migrant workers living away from home.    The notice also encourages combining annual leave with weekends, public holidays and school vacations to create longer breaks of three to seven days. 针对马克龙的言论，莫斯科提出批评，俄外长谢尔盖·拉夫罗夫指责这些言辞“危险”，并推测马克龙可能利用反俄情绪和恐慌策略来推进其领导欧盟的雄心。
