China's “Flash” robot won in 50 minutes 26 seconds, surpassing the human half marathon world record, and the race earned a Guinness World Record for most autonomous humanoid robots in a half marathon. Organizers said the 2027 race will adopt stricter standards, stronger incentives and broader international participation.
