I |     阿卡斯全名阿卡斯·阿瓦斯蒂，2019年，他只身来到泉州石狮，入职一家外贸公司担任服装贸易跟单员。初到泉州时，语言隔阂与生活习俗差异曾让他倍感孤独，但随着日复一日的生活，他渐渐爱上了这座城市。安定安全的社会环境、广阔多元的创业机遇、友善淳朴的本地居民，让他萌生了长期定居并自主创业的想法。    长期生活在泉州，阿卡斯希望以美食为媒介，向泉州市民传递源远流长的印度饮食文化，让本地食客品尝到层次丰富、香料浓郁的地道印度料理。刚开始，市民对印度香料风味较为陌生。
