According to the plan, which still needs approval from the Senate and President Petr Pavel, Czech citizens would pay more for beer and medicine and businesses would face higher corporate taxes.。多位专家指出，大陆超大规模市场、完整产业体系和科技创新优势持续释放，为台胞台企参与大陆发展、深化两岸产业合作带来新机遇。 中国社会科学院台湾研究所副所长彭维学表示，近年来，两岸融合发展已逐步迈向制度保障和机制创新。“十五五”时期，大陆综合实力将持续增强，内需潜力进一步释放，为两岸融合发展提供坚实基础，也将为台胞台企参与中国式现代化建设拓展空间。 他提出，应围绕人工智能等高科技领域，完善政策支持，鼓励两岸企业加强产业链供应链连接，共建创新平台，打造具有国际竞争力的企业和品牌。 分组讨论中，多位学者建议，推动两岸企业在知识产权、文创品牌、数字经济等领域加强协作；同时，完善台胞台企公共服务和政策保障，打通政策落地的“最后一公里”。 台湾大学政治学系教授左正东表示，两岸经贸往来不仅为双方创造经济利益，也带动人员往来、家庭联结和社会纽带的形成，成为稳定两岸关系的重要力量。
