济南黄岗路黄河隧道全长约5.75公里，其中盾构段长约3.3公里，采用开挖直径达17.5米的“山河号”盾构机施工。
三 | 隧道为单洞双层结构，上下层共设置六车道，设计时速60公里，是国内首条穿黄单洞双层盾构隧道。 据济南城市建设集团项目负责人张提勇介绍，单洞双层布置充分利用地下空间资源，盾构一次掘进即可实现双向通行，综合投资节约效益显著。同时，隧道内部净高达到4.2米，可满足通行公交、消防、管理及救援车辆等要求，极大提高黄河南北两岸通行能力。 承担此次掘进任务的“山河号”盾构机开挖直径达17.5米。“随着盾构机直径的增加，其制造难度、施工风险系数也呈几何式增长。”中铁十四局项目现场负责人周祥表示，黄河济南段是典型的“地上悬河”，河床高出南岸城区地面5米左右，黄河之下地质条件复杂。项目团队为“山河号”盾构机创新应用大开口率带压复合型刀盘，装配伸缩式主驱动、开挖仓伸缩摄像头等先进装备，并搭载智能化装备系统，确保隧道安全高效掘进。 济南黄岗路黄河隧道是继济泺路黄河隧道之后，济南又一条穿越黄河的大型通道。隧道建成后，将进一步推动济南拥河发展，促进黄河南北两岸的经济交流与合作，提高省会城市首位度和辐射带动力，对落实黄河重大国家战略，加快新旧动能转换起步区建设具有重要意义。(记者樊曦、张钟仁)。
