三 | 自2024年“领航计划”启动以来，白杨街道累计吸引14所高校、800余名大学生扎根社区。三年来，大学生社区书记助理累计开展网格巡查超2000次，举办睦邻议事、便民服务近百场，推动社区议事效率提升40%、民生响应提速50%。
