B |          相关乡（镇）、有关部门要加大日常安全教育力度，提高矿井周边群众安全保护意识，防止出现人员破坏密闭设施冒险进入行为。对符合停产停业整顿、断电、取缔关闭等条件的要依法采取行政强制性措施，切实解决非煤矿山安全监管执法“不愿管”“不敢管”“宽松软虚”等问题。
