六 | 后来又提出农药有问题，称影响当年果品质量。    不过，张上宜并不认可：“从销售情况看，他那年的果子卖得并不差。”     这起纠纷最终通过法庭调解解决。前后约3个月，双方各退一步，张上宜追回2.5万元欠款。    对小陶人民法庭而言，这类案件既要处理债务关系，也要面对熟人社会中的后续往来。“双方都是乡里乡亲，平时抬头不见低头见，所以我们调解的时候，都会尽量劝和，不让两家闹得太僵。”罗德藩说。    “定盘星”     多年来，在脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴背景下，永安法院积极参与基层治理和产业发展，主动对接基层和经营主体的实际需求。    其中一项工作，是协助农商银行开展资质审查。

七 | 永安市人民法院党组成员潘昕介绍，征信系统对审理中案件的反映存在滞后。“部分借款人牵涉未审结债务纠纷，存在潜在信用风险，但由于案件尚未作出判决，相关涉诉信息无法在征信报告中查询到。”法院协助审查后，金融机构可以结合相关情况识别风险。与此同时，法院也参与合同规范、纠纷调解，必要时通过“借新还旧”等方式进行协调，帮助一些小微企业缓解经营压力。
