Exhibitors in several cities have added shows to meet the rising demand, especially with night-show occupancy crossing 60% nationwide. With no major Bollywood release arriving before Christmas, Dhurandhar enjoys a largely open field. The performance has also resulted in five major records for the team. Ranveer Singh has now logged the highest single-day collection of his career, surpassing Padmaavat’s Day 2 figure. For director Aditya Dhar, the film delivers his biggest-ever single day, beating the peak numbers of Uri: The Surgical Strike. The action drama has also registered the third-highest Saturday of 2025 and has already become Ranveer’s third-highest post-pandemic grosser in just 48 hours, racing past Cirkus and Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
